Responsibilities
- Improve HR policies and procedures that effectively communicate and support EyeSee’s values, mission & vision
- Develop HR strategies (recruitment, retention, performance assessment, L&D, Comp&Ben) to support achieving the overall business operations objectives
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the rest of the management team on key organizational and management issues
- Manage the HR team and help individual team members grow professionally
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HR & People related domains, developing and ensuring the implementation of diverse HR strategies
- 1-2 years of experience in a Senior / Director role, leading a team
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, change management and conflict resolution skills (empathy, coaching, facilitation, …)
- Strong personal organization and ability to develop & structure processes
- Experience with highly autonomous, agile teams is a strong plus
- Previous experience with various HRIS
