As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of directly contributing to our mission by building strong client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing reservations and coordinating the dispatch of chauffeurs and vehicles.
• Resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Troubleshooting possible issues effectively.
• Building positive relationships with customers.
• Ensuring client satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in customer support roles.
• English proficiency at a C1 or C2 level.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts and on the weekends.
• Extraordinary communication skills.
• Tech savviness, reliability, and proactivity.
