Customer Technical Care Agent


Your tasks:

•Provide first call resolution for all customer enquiries through application of technical expertise and set off standardize high quality customer service

•Maintain positive customer satisfaction and relationship

•Handle inquiries related to service, coverage, features and devices

•Conduct in a manner that ensures data protection and confidentiality for both internal staff and customers

•Follow company regulatory requirements

Your profile:

•Fluency in English language (minimum B2 level)

•Knowledge of contact center operations is a benefit

•Developed verbal and communication skills

•Developed computer skills

•Readiness to come to Belgrade for the final assessment in November (27th or 28th)


Our client offers:


•Working contract

•Full time working engagement- flexible 8 hour shifts

•Regular fixed salary with minimum amount of 850 EUR net up to 1050 EUR net, plus bonuses

•Relocation package – 500 EUR for moving to Slovakia
